​What we ship?

All of our products are shippable both domestically and internationally in accordance to local, State, and Federal laws.

When do we ship?

On-hand items normally ship the next business day and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For backordered items you will be advised of an estimated ship date and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the item ships. For custom orders we will work with you in the design, availability dates, and estimated ship dates through a series of emails and other conversations. When the custom order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our policy is to ship both domestically and internationally in accordance to local, State, and Federal laws.

How do we ship?

Our standard shipping method is USPS. Exceptions can be worked on an order by order basis, for example, certain international orders.

How are our rates determined?

Our website includes licensed software to calculate current USPS rates which will be calculated at checkout. If you have questions about the accuracy of these rates please contact us.

How can you track an order that’s been shipped?

When we ship we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.
