Returns/Refund Policy

What can be returned?

All undamaged items can be returned for full refund or exchange. If your item is received damaged please contact us within 3 business days at the contact information provided at the end of the page. Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling cannot be returned but you can contact us (see below) if you would like us to give you an estimate on repair or replacement.

When do items need to be returned?

Unwanted and undamaged items can be returned with 14-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How do customers return items?

Return the items to Gingerbread Faire at the address below. Include your order number and the reason you are returning the item. Once received we will email you to discuss refunds and exchanges.

Shipping for returns?

Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returned items.

Credit for returns?

Once your return is received we will determine your refund amount or exchange procedure and contact you by email. Credit Card purchases and PayPal purchases will be credited to the customer’s account.
